- You can see the latest job notification either under the careers/recruitment/notification section. Sometimes you can see it on the homepage of an official website
- Read the job description/Notification provided by the department or authorized person.
- Do you have to see that are you eligible?? If you’re eligible, then apply for the posts by clicking either apply link or downloading the application and after filling the application, you can send it to the department or any other address, which is given in the notification or advertisement.
- Fill out the exact information without any error.
- If needed, upload your documents and photograph properly.
- If given, pay your application fee by online method or offline through a demand draft or any other way which is suggested in the notification or advertisement.
- Take a copy of the application form for further reference like registration number, personal details, documents details, fee details, etc.

The specific guidelines regarding the exam are given in the admit card like what you have to do in the exam hall and what things you should and shouldn’t bring with you. If there is negative marking then it is also mentioned in the admit card.
Exam/Eligibility test - There are two mediums to hold the examination, which are online mode or offline mode. Online mode exam is also called Computer-based test. There can be two stages of the exam for individual posts, that is CBT and the Descriptive Test. CBT test is based on Objective type questions and the descriptive test is based on letter writing, essay writing, or precis writing.
Answer key - The department provides the official answer key within ten days of completion of the exam. Where you can check your score for further preparation.
Result - Result depends upon the will of the department of government, it is released after the official answer key, it decides your future whether you can get this job or not.
